Payment Plan Information

The Thousand Oaks Titans are pleased to announce that we offer payment plans for 2018 registration fee. The payment plan will allow you to spread out the fee for registration over a period of time, depending on your sign up date.

Things you need to know:

  • The payment must be set up as an auto-withdrawal of your bank account or credit card and used with one account only.
  • The payment will be scheduled on the 25th of each month. Final payment on July 25, 2018. Please plan accordingly. This date is not adjustable.
  • A service fee of $2.00 will be charged for each payment scheduled. This fee will be taken out of the account used to establish the auto-withdrawal payment.
  • For families with multiple participants (i.e., 2 or more football players and/or cheerleaders), the total fees will be combined in a single payment plan.
  • The earlier you sign up the lower you payment will be. Please see the examples below, calculated on the last payment scheduled for July 25, 2018. All amounts are based on the registration fee for one participant. Fees will go up for multifamily registrations.

Example 1, one football player with the early bird special siging up on or before 3/19;

  • Initial sign-up fee on 3/19 = $62.50 ($375.00 into 6 total payments)
  • Schedule payment on 3/25 = $64.50 ($62.50+ $2.00 service fee)
  • Schedule payment on 4/25 = $64.50 ($62.50+ $2.00 service fee)
  • Schedule payment on 5/25 = $64.50 ($62.50+ $2.00 service fee)
  • Schedule payment on 6/25 = $64.50 ($62.50+ $2.00 service fee)
  • Schedule payment on 7/25 = $64.50 ($62.50+ $2.00 service fee)

Another example, one football player signing up on 5/19;

  • Initial sign-up fee on 5/19 = $100.00 ($400.00 into 4 total payments)
  • Schedule payment on 5/25 = $102.00 ($100.00 + $2.00 service fee)
  • Schedule payment on 6/25 = $102.00 ($100.00 + $2.00 service fee)
  • Schedule payment on 7/25 = $102.00 ($100.00 + $2.00 service fee)
