2nd ~ Attend one of our in person registrations with your football player or cheerleader, held at Thousand Oaks High School in room H10. Map

Online registration begins:
- March 1st

In person registration dates (attendance to one of the following dates is MANDATORY for all football and cheerleaders)
- Sunday, March 10th from 2pm - 5pm
- Thursday, April 4th from 6pm - 9pm
- Saturday, April 27th from 2pm - 5pm

Come meet the board members, coaches and teammates. Sign up for volunteer duties.

Football Fees: $500 per player, ages 6-14 years old by July 31, 2019 (K-8th grade). We offer a discounted "Early Bird" signup rate of $50 (discount ends on midnight 3/31/2019). There will be a late fee of $50 starting on April 30th. Players are assigned to divisions & teams based on age/weight click here for details. Players will need to verify personal information, weigh in, take their certification photo, sized for jerseys and will have the opportunity to purchase Titans merchandise.

Cheerleader Fees: $250 registration for all cheerleaders.

Cheerleader Uniform Cost $275, includes: Shell, Skirt, Briefs, 3 Color Bow, Metallic Poms, Socks, Pink Bow
